“Offering ‘FC Bayern’ as an art theme, with all the pros and cons that our activity-driven young generation knows how to put up for discussion, becomes an event at the Munich Kunstverein. There (until 4 March) the academy class of the painting and graphics professor K. F. Dahmen is exhibiting their semester works on the subject of football: 25 art students born between 1945 and 1951. The gallery of player portraits presents itself like a panopticon, enriched with a lot of partly affectionate, partly biting irony.”
