Isabelle Sully
July – August 2021
Isabelle Sully (b. 1991) is an artist, writer, and editor. Working with feminist histories in mind, she takes the mechanisms and materiality of administration as the main focus within her work, developing conceptual projects that span experimental writing, performance, and publishing. She currently lives in Rotterdam where she is the founding editor of Unbidden Tongues—an imprint of Publication Studio through which she has published the work of Ruth Wolf-Rehfeldt, Karen Brodine and Adrian Piper. Her involvement with the administrative sphere of institutional practice also plays out in her current engagement at Kunstverein, Amsterdam.
